Students can quickly copy the questions in Canvas Quizzes and paste into a google tab to answer. I monitor my students on Go Guardian, but the ability to copy and paste in google is super fast. If they couldn't copy my prompts and math story problems, they would have to type it all out into google and I would have time to see it happening. Many other quiz sites do not allow the text to be copied and this is really helpful to reduce the use of AI answering the questions for them.
Make it unavailable to copy the text when students are taking a quiz in canvas. The why, is to reduce the chances of cheating with a quick AI/Google search.
