The Categorization question type in New Quizzes does not support the shuffle answers function. The order of the categories and answers is always presented the to the student in the same order. When allowing the student multiple attempts at a quiz, the students will see the categories and answers in the same order for each attempt. Because the order does not vary, students can learn the order to place answers without understanding the concept being assessed.
Apply the Shuffle Answers function to the Categorization question type.
