[New Quizzes] Student Analysis Report - Option to Include All Attempts

Problem statement:

In the New Quizzes report for Student Analysis, "Currently, only the most recent attempt by a student displays in the report." This limits instructors' ability to fully analyze the data for student quiz attempts.

Proposed solution:

Create an option within the New Quizzes Student Analysis reports tool for instructors to export all quiz attempts data.
