[New Quizzes] Time Zone in "Report Analysis Student"
Currently, in the "Report Analysis Student" for New Quizzes, the activity submission column displays the date and time in standard UTC (UTC+0) instead of reflecting the time zone set in the platform (UTC-5, which corresponds to Bogotá). This causes confusion for teachers and other users when interpreting submission times, as they must manually convert the time to their local timezone.
It is proposed that the "Report Analysis Student" for New Quizzes generate submission dates and times based on the platform's configured time zone (UTC-5 in this case). Because this will allow teachers and users to correctly interpret submission dates and times without the need for manual conversions. This will improve accuracy and user experience, ensuring consistency between the platform and the exported reports.
