Problem statement:

When a student submits their response to a new quiz essay question, the next page will show the student the submission results which contains the points possible, time taken for the attempt, the answer submitted as well as the status "Waiting for Grade" We have had students report that they remained on this results page for a long time as they were literally waiting for their grade.

Proposed solution:

We suggest changing the status from "Waiting for Grade" to "Waiting for Grading by Faculty"
