[Outcomes] Moving Outcomes within Sub-Accounts

Problem statement:

I am trying to move outcomes out of one sub-account and into another. It is not possible unless you export through reports and them import into sub-account. This is tedious and time-consuming. There should be an easier way to move/copy from one sub-account to another and not just within the same sub-account. My only other option is to retype the whole set of outcomes.

Proposed solution:

Allow the move option to also include moving or copying from one sub-account and into another.
