The current Canvas allows instructors to set a date to publish a page and/or no submission assignments. However, it does not have an option for instructors to set a date to automatically UNpublish them. We must do so manually for each page which is time consuming and unnecessary. For no submission assignments, if instructors UNpublish them, they don't appear in gradebook. if instructors continue publishing them, Canvas allows students to submit comments to the assignments which they often feel that it's acceptable.
1. Add an option for instructors to set a date to automatically UNpublish pages AND no submission assignments. 2. For no submission assignments, even after being UNpublished, they will still show up in gradebook as long as they have been graded.
