[Peer Review] Default Grade in Speed Grader "-"

Problem statement:

It appears that when grading a submission in the Canvas peer review tool, the default grade in the speed grader is a dash. This is the only tool in which the speed grader first contains a dash. Faculty have accidentally not removed the dash and given students a negative grade on accident.

Proposed solution:

Can this field be blank instead? This will be consistent with other assignments grading in the speed grader and help to avoid errors.
