[People] Improve Groups View for Students

Problem statement:

Students have difficulty finding their groups under people due to all the groups listed with a locked padlock icon or an unlocked one.

Proposed solution:

Include the same Blue Group Link button for a group on the Student view of their group in the assignment that instructors have.
