[Permissions] Allow Role Level Permissions to Change Course Title and Code
Problem statement:
We would like our Course Owners to be able to change their non-credit course titles and codes. Currently, the permission for this applies to Teachers as well. If we want Course Owners to be able to change titles, Teachers would be able to change them as well. This is an issue as we want our academic for-credit courses to have standardized names.
Proposed solution:
We would like there to be an option in the Permissions tab to allow the option to change the course title and course code based on role. This is so that we can grant permission to Course Owners to change title and code without allowing Teachers to do so.
