Portfolio text editor should include the ability to insert images and videos

Problem statement:

In the new enhanced Canvas Portfolio (currently in Feature Preview), the evidence WYSIWYG/rich text editor does not allow inserting images or embedding videos/audios.

Proposed solution:

Like discussions and pages, the WYSIWYG/rich text editor should include the ability to insert images and embed video/audio.
