Problem statement:
When accessing the user profile page, if the user is an Account Admin, the associated Accounts/Sub-Accounts will be displayed in the Enrolments/Accounts section (https://yourinstance.instructure.com/accounts/1/users/1234), but the Admin Role(s) that the user has for the Account(s) are not visible.
To find them you need to access each account and go via Settings -> Admins and find the user
Proposed solution:
Include the Admin Role for each Account in the Enrolments/Accounts section in the user profile.
