[Quizzes] Option for "All or Nothing" Multiple Answer Questions in Classic Quizzes

Problem statement:

Currently there is no option for "All or Nothing" questions with multiple answers in Classic Quizzes where the points should be automatically set to zero. The instructor has to manually set the points score to zero. That's a pain.

Proposed solution:

Add an option for "All or Nothing" questions with multiple answers in Classic Quizzes where the points should be automatically set to zero. The instructor has to manually change the points score to zero for each such question.
