[Reports] Course Content Data Pull

Problem statement:

Verify en masse if courses have certain content, such as specific URLs/links or material across Announcements/Modules/Pages/Assignments. Outside of checking individual courses, need a Report solution to review that content en masse instead of checking/compiling individually.

Proposed solution:

Configure a report to pull at Account-level to review content in a raw text format by category (Announcements/Modules/Pages/Assignments) for a course and given time-date range.
