[Reports] Printing Should Include Student Name

Problem statement:

When looking at reports you see the student name. When you want to print them either physically or to pdf, the student name is nowhere to be seen.

Proposed solution:

Would it be possible to have the student names added in the header/footer when printing a report or export to pdf?
