[Rich Content Editor] Course title more prominent when editing and importing

Problem statement:

When working in the RCE, it should be more clear which course is being edited, especially in cases of transferring text from one course (one tab) to another. When saving edits, there it is easy to overwrite as there is no prompt or watermark that you are editing the course except in the tab title and breadcrumbs at the top of the page.

Proposed solution:

A scrolling breadcrumbs in the RCE or a dialogue confirmation for the page in the specific course that you are editing. The reason for this would be to avoid editing the wrong course if you have multiple courses (tabs) open simultaneously.
