[Rubrics] Add Student Assessment Total At the bottom of the Rubric in Speedgrader

Problem statement:

There is no point total box at the bottom of the rubric in Speedgrader. I swear it was there before--it doesn't make sense to scroll up to see the total points then back down to the submit button. Thanks!!

Proposed solution:

It would be so helpful to have the student's rubric total at the bottom of the rubric when grading in speedgrader, right above "submit assessment".
