[Rubrics] Find a Rubric: Option Check-Boxes Should Pop Up Automatically
When a user adds a preexisting rubric to an assignment (discussion, quiz, etc) using the "Find A Rubric," the option checkboxes disappear, including the very important one "Use this rubric for assignment grading". To get back to these options, the user must choose to edit the rubric AFTER it has already been added. Many users forget to do this.
Selecting options should be embedded in this process - user should be prompted to select options before finalizing, just like they do if they were creating the rubric from scratch within the assignment.

But all of these should be considered as different elements of the "Find a Rubric" workflow.
