[SIS] Allow ability to edit user SIS IDs with leading spaces via the GUI
User accounts with a leading space in their SIS IDs can be identified in reports such as the enrolment provisioning report. However it's currently not possible to edit these SID IDs via the GUI to remove this space as the SIS ID is shown there without the leading space.
(I'm also not sure that it's even currently possible to remove these leading spaces via change_sis_id csv as I get "An old_id, '[user's existing SIS ID]', referenced a non-existent user and was not changed")
Proposed solution:
Remove trimming of the leading space when editing user SIS IDs via the user'a profile in the GUI. This will allow for quicker editing/correction of the SIS ID field than the current option of needing to prepare a change_sis_id csv file.
