[SIS] Sync to SIS Toggle Off Button
Problem statement:
The problem is at the end of the grading period, you have to individually toggle off the `sync to SIS` button on assignment. I would like to see a feature change where there is a one button select to toggle off the sync to SIS. This feature would be similar to the "unpublish" all button on the module home page.
Proposed solution:
Create button that you can select to toggle OFF all Sync To SIS green buttons one time. This would allow teachers to not have to toggle off one at a time. Usually, teachers have it "green" until the end of the grading period. Then, in the 2nd grading period they try to sync to SIS and all of the previous assignments are trying to sync. But the grading period is closed.
