[Learning Mastery Gradebook] Show Progress Towards N Number of Times Mastery

Problem statement:

When using the "n Number of Times" calculation method for outcomes, the Learning Mastery Gradebook does not display progress towards "n".

Proposed solution:

There should be an indicator of the number of achievements of an outcome a student has reached as they work towards "n". They need to know exactly how many times they have achieved the outcome and how many times they still need to achieve it to show mastery.
