[Speedgrader] Allow Canvas LMS and Mobile the ability to view Python .py program files submitted/uploaded.

Problem statement:

on 2-16-2024 Canvas suddenly stopped allowing Python .py program files to be viewed. As CS faculty, this is a very important feature not only for grading but providing students feedback on their programs using annotations, etc.

Proposed solution:

As it was as of last week, put back support for viewing .py Python files. Stopping this feature is very disruptive.

With the sudden change in functionality, I wonder if this is something that Support could investigate. Have you worked with them or submitted a ticket?
