Studio: Allow Administrators to Restrict Creation of Public Links to only Teachers

We are concerned about the ability of students to generate public links for videos in Canvas Studio. We restrict the publishing of public content by students in our district to the extent possible- students are not permitted to share Google objects outside our district or publish Google Sites, for example. Could there be a setting created to restrict public link creation for Studio to those users with the role of "Teacher"?

Yes, this would allow us to better protect out students.

Please add this feature. . . .  my teachers have avoided using studio with their students because of this issue.
