[Studio] Make Course Collections Available To Students

Problem statement:

People with the teacher role can see the "Studio" button in the course navigation column. This brings the teacher to a single pane of glass to see all of the Studio content published in the course. Students don't have the ability to see that button in the navigation column, and thus cannot see an aggregated view of all the content published in the course.

Proposed solution:

Allow students to see "Studio" in course navigation, so they can see all the videos published in the course. Even better, make the product more flexible, and allow me to add media in "My Library" directly to a course collection, rather than needing to add it to a part of the course.

Problem statement:

There is no automatic way for students to be able to view ALL videos that have been uploaded to a course collection in Studio in one place automatically.

Proposed solution:

The easiest solution would be that if the Studio link is visible in the Course Navigation menu, that it would allow students to click that and see the course collection of videos just like it does for faculty. Alternate solution: Create a way that students are automatically given view access to all videos uploaded to Studio from within a course. Perhaps a Playlist of sorts? Or even if all videos in a course could be accessible from a URL link that could be shared with students?
