[Studio] Restrict Video Sharing

Problem statement:

Hello, Our students are creating videos in Canvas studio and sharing the collections like they have their own YouTube channel. When I called Canvas support I was told there is no way to limit this sharing as the Canvas admin. Thank you

Proposed solution:

Admin should be able to restrict who students can share their Canvas Studio videos with. The constant sharing of videos is causing a distraction and could lead to inappropriate videos being shared.
