[Support] A voice-chat AI helper for Canvas newbies
It's sometimes difficult to answer all the questions a newbie teacher has about Canvas. I wish we had a caring mentor for every new teacher to help them learn Canvas.
Many companies are trying to replace customer service with AI chatbots. After using OpenAI's VoiceGPT (which allows me to talk out loud with ChatGPT on my phone,) I am convinced the future of help is an AI helper bot that sees what you are doing, and chats with you to answer your questions. This forum is a great resource for training such a system because many questions have already been answered. I would love to see an AI trained on this forum, or that retrieves data from this forum. (They call that RAG for retrieval augmented generation) Imagine a new teacher sitting down and talking with a friendly-sounding person (really an AI) who tells them what Canvas can do for them and why they should be excited about it. Then the AI helps them walk through every task they want to do, frequently opening new tabs.
