[Support] Correct disappearing help bar
It is extremely annoying that if you click anywhere on the canvas page while in the process of submitting a help ticket, the help bar disappears, and everything you have written in the help ticket description is lost.
It would be much better to have a help bar that minimizes if you click elsewhere, but retains the information entered, OR saves it as a draft help ticket that you can resuscitate later OR require manual closure of a help bar once you have started to enter text. WHY? Because these solutions would avoid users inadvertently losing text they have entered, and would allow users to navigate around Canvas pages as they type out a help ticket (without having to open a separate tab) in order to check the details of their help ticket are correct. Overall, this would lead to more useful, accurate, and common help ticket submissions.
