[ePortfolios] Ability to Delete Recent Submissions

Problem statement:

In the "Recent Submissions" section of my (and presumably all students) ePortfolio's, I have amassed dozens of old submissions that have become nothing but clutter. When I need to add a new submission to a module folder, I am forced to scroll through dozens of old ones to find the one I need. This has to be repeated over and over.

Proposed solution:

We need to have the ability to delete the old, no longer used submissions so that we aren't forced to dig through them looking for the one(s) that we currently need.
