[Discussions] please change "Disallow threaded replies" options

Problem statement:

Canvas's new "Disallow threaded replies" feature is very problematic. First, the feature doesn't really "Disallow threaded replies", it allows them. IN fact, if you check it, NO REPLIES are allowable at all. How confusing is that?

Proposed solution:

Since it is standard practice in asycn classes to allow replies to discussion posts I*d reverse the above settings and allow threaded replies by default, and instead have a box called "Disallow threaded replies" that disabled replying. Canvas seems to have things backwards. This made me go back and unclick the "Disallow threaded replies" button for every single one of my posts. just so students could reply to another student's post.
