Canvas + Lucid Resources

Hi Instructure Community, 

We wanted to share a central space for Canvas + Lucid resources that the Lucid team has built to help support this integration. This provides documentation, videos, FAQs, and more to help institutions and districts get started maximizing Lucid tools within Canvas. This hub, in addition to previous posts to help teachers and students get started, is intended to help educators and students alike to understand the features available, applications of Lucid tools, training offerings, and supporting documentation to help with any additional administrative needs. 

Note that this page is organized by role, so please feel free to explore the various resources available for each role, with additional options to view video tutorials, explore the help center, and more. 

We hope that these resources help in your Canvas + Lucid usage, and we hope to hear from you regarding any questions.

@KevinMeredith Does this mean documentation like this https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-create-a-Lucid-assignment/ta-p/606354 will not be updated? This is a concern since our institution relies heavily on Canvas Community documentation when we communicate new features/integrations.

Hi @jsowalsk thank you for this call-out, and I apologize if this post reads confusing in that regard.

Rest assured, we will continue to update Canvas + Lucid documentation within the Canvas Community. The reason for touting this space is to give Canvas users additional assistance directly from subject matter experts on Lucid functionality. We want to ensure that those features and use cases that they have expertise on can be centralized and easy to access for our educators. Any updates to Canvas + Lucid, including communicating change management resources and functionality documentation, will continue to transpire here in the Community.
