Canvas Mobile not loading

When I try to open canvas mobile it takes me to the find my school page. Once I type in my school and click "next" and put in my username, the app begins to load into my dashboard but just blanks on a white screen after about a second of loading (see image). I'm not sure why this happens, and I can occasionally get it to work but I have to go through the whole process again if I close the app and reenter. (I am a student)
