After an outage on September 1, the Instructure Community is now fully available, including guides, release notes, forums, and groups. If some styling still looks unusual, clear your cache and cookies.

Hello, I am having trouble of opening canvas app on my iPad. I have checked my setting and the version of my ipad is up to date. I have tried to delete the app along with all the data and re-installed, but it did not work. Every time I tried to open the app, it just showed the spinning canvas logo.
I also tried to access from my laptop and my phone and it worked just fine. But I'm having the issue on my iPad. Is there a way that i can fix it?

Unfortunately, this is likely going to be something you will want to reach out to Canvas support regarding. If you've deleted the app cache and reinstalled the device, we would likely want to get a recording of what exactly is happening, and what your Ipad's IOS version is, along with what kind of Ipad, and see if we can replicate that behavior. Please note that you should be able to reach out to Canvas support via the "help" menu on the left hand side of Canvas.
