Darkmode does not show behind school district logo

behind my school districts logo, the background shows up white instead of dark grey/black, it might be due to the background of the logo but is there a reason and a fix for this? Thanks

This is not a bug. it is an oversight by the district administrator. the logo has a full background.

I know about that but what I ment was that the whole bar is white not just the background of the square image of the logo
