It sounds like your school/institution may be using a 3rd party video service integrated with Canvas. I would recommend that you reach out to your school's Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to let them know you're having trouble. They may have some suggestions ready to go for this situation. As most of us here in the Instructure Community are other users of Canvas or other Instructure products from around the world, we can't access your course to give must more specific guidance.
