Good afternoon, everyone,
I don't know the answer to this, so if it isn't possible, that's fine. However, because I'm unsure, I'm putting it here.
There have been several links inside my Canvas, where I'd like to read the material on my phone when I'm away from my laptop, so that I don't have to do "all" of my reading right from Canvas, but depending on the link, it gives me an error that says:
"Unauthorized. This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you are supplied the wrong credentials, or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required."
I don't know if there is a way for Canvas to allow communication between our Canvas Mobile account and web-based Canvas to be able to have the "full-access" of what we need together, or if this is a breach in something. As I've mentioned, I'm not sure. Still, if it is possible to create a more profound continuity between this service and the College/University we're in, that would be helpful, so that I don't have to read all my materials on the laptop. I do have textbooks to read, but many of the readings assigned are only accessible inside Canvas on a computer, unless they are a video uploaded by the professor or a YouTube video.
I greatly appreciate you guys taking the time to read this. Other than this, Canvas has been the smoothest and easiest way to do school. I wish I had this when I was in K-12. Great Job, Canvas Team!
