I currently have a Chromebook. I have logged into canvas just fine on it and completed assignments. However the lock down browser will not work. Every time I go to install it. It says its not compatible with this device. I found the lock down browser through google play myself and installed it as an extension on my Chromebook. However it still does not work. This is a Chromebook laptop that is still new. Please Help.

Hi there @Hanynch9876 ,
Welcome to the Instructure Community!
While Lockdown Browser is a product available inside of Canvas, it is not a product that Instructure provides to all institutions by default. This being said, I feel it would be best to reach out to your schools IT or Canvas admin team for assistance with getting this set-up, as they would have a better understanding of how Lockdown Browser is set-up and configured for your institution than most of the members here in the Instructure Community.
All the best to you,
Noah
