Hello  @aoblepias  and welcome to the Community!  Are you referring to Canvas itself?  If so Canvas works very well on an iPad, particularly through the Canvas Student or Canvas Teacher app.  Here are links to the guides for iOS (Canvas Student iOS Guide - Table of Contents, Canvas Teacher iOS Guide - Table of Contents).
