guardian app for Proctor U

How do I download and install the Guardian app for Proctor U on an HP Chromebook. I am able to download but it will not open due to unsupported software, the google extension then I got locked out and had to delete the app and try to start over. do I have to buy a new laptop or is there a work around that I can do?

Hi Darin, 

Unfortunately, this is likely something that you will have to reach out to ProctorU regarding. That would be a third party tool that Canvas support wouldn't be able to troubleshoot, and is a bit outside the scope of this forum. However they do have a list of unsupported equipment shown here that you can review and double check.
