Hello,
Quick question. I just followed the most recent deploy instructions in our test and beta instance and both are returning the following error:
"statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error"
Is the new portfolio tool supposed to work in other environments, or just production?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @leward,
The Portfolio tool is supported in all environments (incl beta and test) as of October 7th. If you’re still seeing that error I’d recommend trying to delete your previous Portfolio LTI install and reinstall it again.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out to Canvas Support and they’ll be able to troubleshoot further.
It's supposed to work in both, but doesn't seem to work in either. Based on the comments on the Portfolio LTI Installation guide, it looks like everyone is getting that same error.
@leward I was told in another post that the install in Test would need to continue to be by the old installation instructions. I have successfully installed in our Test environment using that method. I have not tried in Beta.
I've attached the old instructions as I couldn't find a link to them anymore.
