Should Portfolio work in Test and Beta environments

Hello,

Quick question.  I just followed the most recent deploy instructions in our test and beta instance and both are returning the following error:

  "statusCode": 500,
  "message": "Internal server error"


Is the new portfolio tool supposed to work in other environments, or just production?
