Happy New Year.  I'm sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for such a long time.  I don't believe there is a way to run the accessibility checker on your profile picture.  I'm curious, though...what would be the reasoning that you'd want to run an accessibility check on your profile picture?
