Account Suspended Notice

Hi Canvas Support Team,

I am the account administrator of my institution Canvas account. Our students are currently unable to access their Canvas accounts, and an “Institution Suspended” notification is appearing.

Could you please investigate and escalate this issue as soon as possible?

Hi @PerwashaMujeeb ,

I think that means your contract with Instructure lapsed. 

You should reach out to your customer success manager directly. If you don’t know who that is, come back and let us know and I can forward this to someone who can help.
