Why didn't I get sent a link to update my password? I've tried getting canvas to send a link to my email several times and I still haven't received anything.

Hi Julianna,

It may be because your school isn't using Canvas authentication and instead is using a signal sign on option that is tied to your school. I would recommend reaching out to your schools help desk to get assistance with how to log into Canvas as well as your password reset if they are using a signal sign on option that you have forgotten you password to.
