[ARCHIVED] Add a rubirc to a quiz

I would like to add a rubric to a quiz. I looked online and tried to follow the steps but I don't see where to add a ruric like it shows online.

You can add rubric to a legacy quiz by first creating the quiz. Save it, then click on the settings button (three dots) for the quiz and choose Show Rubric. Here is the guide to help. How do I add a rubric to a quiz?  

Here are some questions to help troubleshoot. 

1. Are you using new or old quiz?
2. Did you save your quiz? 
3. Are you viewing the quiz from the saved screen and not actively editing it?

When I click the 3 dots, I do not have the Show Rubric option. My first option is Preview.

The only time I see PREVIEW is when I happen to be using a "PRACTICE QUIZ." I am not sure if RUBRICS work with practice quiz.

Does your quiz happen to be set as a practice quiz by chance?
