Hello,

When I click the + Module link to add a 2nd module I do not see a name field.  What am I missing here?

Looks like you are doing what you should be doing.   May I ask what browser you are using?

I am using Google Chrome browser macOSMojave.

I tried today to add an additional module with no luck.

Hmm...interesting.  Please make sure you have the most up to date browser, close out and restart it.  If you can, it's probably a good idea also to clear your cache.  Otherwise, this is definitely an issue for tech support. Please submit a ticket to then Service Cloud and/or ask your Canvas admin to look into this.  If you submit a ticket to the Service Cloud, ask your Canvas admin to escalate the case since this sounds like it's an important issue that you need to work ASAP.
