I know I am! And what's worse, this investigation is never more than a confirmation of what the faculty and student are already seeing along with some additional information from page view history. None of this really helps investigate whether or not there was a Canvas issue related to the student's submission. In the event that there ever is an issue that affects a student submission, the only information we have to work from before contacting support is from Canvas itself. Wouldn't it be nice if the student could provide an email they received after submitting their work?

These two feature ideas would go a LONG way to putting the power of resolution back in the hands of the student and faculty member. Please consider voting and sharing these ideas amongst your colleagues.
