Hi there.

Our district recently implemented Canvas and unfortunately, we are having trouble locating support or guidance regarding attendace.

Is there a way that attendance minutes from Canvas can be exported at an administrative level for all students without having used the 'Attendance Roll Call'?

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here since early September 2020 without any feedback.  There is an "Attendance" screen at the Canvas administrative level where you can run a report...but I'm not exactly sure if it will contain all the information that you are looking for.  Here is a Canvas admin Guide for your reference: How do I run Roll Call Attendance reports for an a... - Canvas Community.
