Automatic point adjustments on rubrics moved?

Until a few weeks ago, I was able to adjust rubric points automatically by basing them against a scale of ten and then adjusting the total value of that category. For instance, if perfect was 10 points, good 8.5, average 7.5, etc., then I could change the value of that rubric category to 25, and perfect would become 25, good 21.25, etc. I'm unable to find this feature under the new rubric editing view. The only option I see now is to adjust them manually. I'm hoping this feature has been relocated rather than removed. Has anyone found it?

I have seen this option in the area before rubric is submitted or made active. It is a small icon on the right.

Thank you! I found something similar. If I edit the rubric through the assignment, I can still see and use the traditional view, which allows for automated point adjustment. If I edit through the rubrics button, that option isn't there.
