Blank canvas sections but tabs visible

Hello, I just got a new Mac book air today and when I logged on to my canvas account under University of Michigan, I was able to log in and saw that the general structure of the site was the same but that each of the pages did not contain any of their information ( Only the tabs and buttons were seeable). I logged onto my account on some different devices and all seemed normal and those. Is it my computer that is the problem or is it something with canvas?

Hi Gwen,
What web browser were you using? If it's Safari it's possible that it's not up to date and that could be the problem. I personally use Google Chrome mostly as my web browser (i'm also a mac user) and rarely have problems. You might try a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox, or make sure you computer is up to date with the latest OS (Catalina). You can check for updates by clickin on the apple in the upper left corner, selecting About this Mac, and then clicking the Software Update button.
