CSM's not responding. How can I get in touch with my rep?

Does anyone know how to directly identify your Canvas CSM? I have emailed hetechtouch@instructure.com multiple times and they do not respond. I have needed support for several weeks related to exporting outcome data from our system.

I am out of ideas at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
